
Terrible service. I ordered a Santa present for my daughter on the 17th of november!!! It said it would arrive on the 7th December. I even received an email saying it had been shipped. Joke. Once I tracked the number, parcelforce have no recollection of even having been given the item. So come the 12th, i send an email. Only to be responded to with an automated email apologising to customers about pre orders and their delivery drivers being under stress. Funny that my item ordered wasn't even on the list of pre orders! I'm disgusted. If it were even to arrive with the 3 working days we have left before Christmas, my kid will now no doubt see the delivery and wonder what's going on because she is off school. Thanks a lot Jaques of London. Will not be using your company again and I hope you open my email about an instant refund but I know I've little to no chance of that, either. I've never felt like such a 'Karen' before
