Still not received since placing the order in November. Some stupid email was sent earlier this week blaming the post and freight port, but that is just a cop out. This company cannot deliver products on time as they simply do not have them in stock..The generic stupid email said the game would be with the today, but no text from Royal Mail to even say it is on its way, so against another lie and let down. Scam of a company who I will be reporting to the trading standards.

Terrible service. I ordered a Santa present for my daughter on the 17th of november!!! It said it would arrive on the 7th December. I even received an email saying it had been shipped. Joke. Once I tracked the number, parcelforce have no recollection of even having been given the item. So come the 12th, i send an email. Only to be responded to with an automated email apologising to customers about pre orders and their delivery drivers being under stress. Funny that my item ordered wasn't even on the list of pre orders! I'm disgusted. If it were even to arrive with the 3 working days we have left before Christmas, my kid will now no doubt see the delivery and wonder what's going on because she is off school. Thanks a lot Jaques of London. Will not be using your company again and I hope you open my email about an instant refund but I know I've little to no chance of that, either. I've never felt like such a 'Karen' before

Lovely quality of all the items…

Lovely quality of all the items purchased. Have not used them yet - some have gone to our new holiday cottage to be used by guests.

The croquet is perfect

The croquet is perfect - just what we ordered - however we were not notified about a date for the delivery. Fortunately someone was here to receive it.

The two croquet balls were mailed in…

The two croquet balls were mailed in just a grey plastic bag - not boxed or protected. The green ball isn’t the same nice colour as the image - it’s more of a browny green and will be less easy to spot on the lawn. I love the croquet set but feel let down by the customer service given that these are not cheap

I really rate this company for making…

I really rate this company for making inexpensive, colourful and fun toys for kids. I have a 1yr old grandson and I'm trying to buy him wooden toys rather than plastic. I'll definitely order again. Packaging also a plus, as already tied up with a bow!

Backgammon set

Lovely smooth wooden board and playing pieces. 5 nice wooden dice too with small storage bag. Looks good enough to leave out on display ready for play. My only wish is that it had come in a nicer box for storage instead of the unattractive flimsy box which I don't think will last long. However it's a good price for a wooden set and I would recommend it. Overall very pleased with it.

Ordered a Christmas present for my…

Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on 1st of December. Its 21st now and still no sigh of it being posted. only communication im receiving is that royal mail is running late as it is their busiest time of the year but these guys haven't even posted my item yet. So blaming Royal mail is really irrelevant in this case. Not using these guys again.

Order on Dec 1st and order still hasn't…

Order on Dec 1st and order still hasn't arrived (Now 18th Dec). Received somewhat of a poor excuse saying I actually ordered a pre order which wasn't stated at purchase. Just generally a very poor experience.
